Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children as needed.
- Assist with homework and educational activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and needs.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to children.
- Organize playdates and outings to promote social interaction.
- Manage daily schedules and routines effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and nurturing.
- Background check required for all candidates.
- Valid driver's license and transportation preferred.
